Hello! I'm Alnie, a newbie from San Francisco California. I decided to sign up for bigger pockets after going to a meetup.com session that the awesome J Martin organized.

I'm renting a nice condo unit in downtown that is walking distance to my day job.

I'm currently in a major decision point whether to buy a personal real estate in the suburbs (more affordable) but would lengthen my commute to an hour or use the cash to invest outside San Francisco or even out of state/international. 

Looking forward to meeting a lot of people here.
