Of course, the goal is to buy and renovate under the ARV but the question is whether the ARV is saying anything in these days.

I think that we still can't be sure that Texas is set to re-open soon while we are about to buy properties.

I'm looking for a house in south/south-east Dallas TX/Mesquite TX for fix and flip and not sure if I will be able to sell it at the end of the process these days.

Anyone currently trying to sell in these areas and can tell what is the market status?
