How is the buy & sell market in Dallas during Coronavirus time?

Hi,

I'm looking for a house in south/south-east Dallas TX/Mesquite TX for fix and flip and not sure if I will be able to sell it at the end of the process these days.

Anyone currently trying to sell in these areas and can tell what is the market status?
