Hi, I have a neighbor with a lot of dogs that bark all the time, disturbing my guests. We have spoken with them, but they are not willing to help. I was thinking about buying ultrasonic dog barking silencers, but I'm not sure if they work. I would appreciate any recommendations

I'm m considering expanding my Airbnb (3beds/2baths house), but I'm not sure if adding 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to the current house or adding a detached 3/2 ADU next to it would be better. Making the addition look exactly like the existing house is hard and expensive, and I don't want it to look like a Frankenstein

Hi, I have an Airbnb in Texas hill country, It's a 3 beds 2 baths house. My plan is to add 2 RVs in the backyard and list them as 2 extra rooms with bathroom, making it a 5 beds, 3 baths. Do you think guests would like it and stay there? And which RV model would be most appropriate for it?
