Thank you for the information.  Inc Authority created my LLC and they are offering to do the real estate privacy trust for me. They are charging me a little more than $800. Is that a good price or should i search for someone else? Now, If i transfer my deed to my llc and i need to re-sell my property to someone else, would i have any issues with that since maybe my lender is going to find out about the trust when we do our legal paper work? 

I have a property in Texas and it has a morgage. I created all after getting the property. I called my lender and they said I can't transfer the deed to my LLC but some one else told me I could transfer the deed to my llc with a real estate privacy trust. I don't know if I will get into a problem with my lender if I do this and how this could affect my morgage. I plan to open a business checking account if I do this so I can use the income of this property as business and for tax purposes also. I should I do???
