I'm looking for a mentor that I can collaborate with to start fix and flipping. I have some funds I can bring to the deal. Please reach out. I'm driven and hardworking. Looking for some local deals as I'm in Riverside County.

What is a good way to feel out of state real estate agents and others that I will need to build my business. I am not able to fly to meet up at the moment and probably won't be able to for 6 months or so. What are some good questions to ask?? Thanks in advance!

Hi I'm actually looking to start in Kansas City. California is a bit pricey for me but I do live in SoCal. Maybe in the future I'll do some flipping but for know I'm starting out of state. I'll save your contact though if that's ok.
