I build homes for sale in a stable Gulf Breeze & Navarre Florida local area.

My cost is 65% of value, I presently build with a cash investor and split profits, I prefer to use hard money construction loan instead of cash investor with split for a larger return for myself which requires 30% down and I am seeking an investor for the down. My cost is $135k with an over $210,000 value and need 30% down for the venture.
