Does anyone have experience investing in the Elizabeth Township/West Mifflin, PA suburb of Pittsburgh ? I am looking to invest and wanted some general idea of potential growth and investment in the area.

I am an investor looking to invest in the McKeesport, Buena Vista suburb of Pittsburgh. I have a few questions. Would appreciate comments and advice from my peers here.

1. How is the area for rentals, and home sales?

2. How is the economy of the area?

3. What is the major industry?

4. Is this area experiencing growth?

Thanks @Rich O’Neill. I like the distinction in the areas between Darby boro, Darby Twp and Collingdale. I’ll look up Collingdale/Darby Twp for future investments. The property prices in Darby do make it attractive for investors.
