I'm wondering where to look for my 5th. Bank of America just told me they couldn't do any more for me since I have 4.

where do I look for them? Granted, my local area is fairly rural, so maybe there aren't any??

I would also say it varies a bit on your target renter. If you're renting a small home to a single person, they may not care too much about the local school graduation rate. But if you are renting to a couple with children, then it's a factor.

Hi there!

We currently have one SFR rental in Peoria, IL and are looking for a handyman to do several odd jobs for this property. Anyone know anybody in Peoria?

Thanks in advance!

Following this thread!  Very interesting stuff as you're covering lots of questions I have as well!

If it is possible can anyone give some hypothetical examples? Hey, I want it to be true, I would love to pull in 4K per month net off a 150 investment!

 Me too!  ^^
