Haven't been to any meet-ups but am currently heading in that direction. I've met with a wholesaling company to get an idea of the properties available in my area and general breakdown of loan process and costs. If I find a meet-up will let you know.

Hi! Newbie from Fort Worth, Texas. Like other new members on this site I have been reading blogs for the past couple of months. Just getting started with all the reading, researching and learning. Have yet to buy a property. My partner and I are looking into rehabbing. I do have an LLC formed and a real estate attorney that gives me the legal advice I need but need any input on the actual process itself. Thanks!
