So much analysis and so much investigation can go into answering this question! In my opinion buy anytime you are ready. I bought in 2005 and bought 2001 and 2009 and lastly 2018. Every time has it’s pricing as well as it’s supplies of properties and sellers mind set. At the end of the day it will all work. Just save money and buy when you find the right opportunity. Negotiate aggressively.

Just curious how much can you get from this property /month if you go with straight regular rent ?

The better question, is there a market for long term rent on those properties?

I have done regular rentals for a while and wanted to know how much STR is better percentage would be great

I am looking into buying a lot that currently has a house with basement 

I need to know how many 2 bedrooms apartment with 1.5 bathrooms i can build on this land and what type of total investment I should expect.

This would be the average economy (not cheap) finish

I am looking for suggestions, i have not done my zoning due diligence or any architecture digging yet, it's just a thought at this point
