I am looking to buy long and hold. I am out of state, so looking for minimal fixing, maintenance and oversight. Close to cash flow breakeven is acceptable and playing the long game of appreciation.

Any thoughts on Bulverde area? And feel free to refer other areas that fit above criteria

I am interested in the UT buy-and-hold type investing. Currently looking at townhomes or SFH in Bluffdale or Eagle Mountain area. Both neighborhoods have appreciated very nicely - any thoughts on getting in at this point? Thanks in advance
