Some people think that they would only put themselves at risk going to public places, going back to work, etc. How can they not see the number of people they would come into contact with and expose on a daily basis?

If it does not need repairs, why do you have an ARV? Also make sure you have the right numbers

It will be cheaper to buy a fixer upper and renovate it as long as you buy at the right price and know what you are doing. Otherwise stick to turnkey, you have to pay a premium but they take care of everything for you

@Matt Wells If you are trying to retire soon, I'd say pay off your houses. If you have no rush, invest the cash flow in index funds. Just make sure you have enough reserves left to cover your personal expenses for a couple of months in case anything changes

the answer depends on different factors such as what age do you want to retire, how much do you need to live comfortably, how long it will take you to save the 1 million dollars, etc..

You mean 30k total cost? 30k purchase price plus rehab costs? Do you plan to flip the house and sell it or rent it out?
