Maybe if it had been 30 days I’d be a little more at ease. I guess because it went so fast is why I’m almost in disbelief

Recently acquired first rental propery.
Rehabbed it myself made it look better added central A/c put in a lot of sweat equity.
Went to property manager, hired them.. 8 days later they have a qualified tenant putting down a deposit. I should be excited but instead I can’t help but feel anxiety?
