Hey all! I am looking to owner occupy my next investment property with my wife. Looking for a 3-4 unit and value add! Ideally more than 2 bedrooms each unit. 145K buy box. Pre-approved and ready to go. I am a real estate agent. location: southern NH. Along 93 or 95 and in between. Thanks!

It's just one of the mediums to use. I like FF for general posting, reaching out direct to local companies and staffing agencies, AirBNB/Google Vacation Rentals/VRBO/Booking.com and then ALE/CRS. It's just all about networking!

 Hey Chris, I am purely trial and error. My day job is a scientist, so I just applied the same concepts. Reading/investigating / applying and also experimenting. Follow that by a sprint review and analysis - you're set up for success!
