Certainly happy to help with some guidance, but need more information on the situation. Seller financing is a broad term. Is seller financing 100% of the deal or are you putting anything down? You need to determine things such as:
-when will seller be paid - monthly, or will there just be a balloon payment at closing
-Are you paying interest and at what rate
-What is the timeframe for the seller to be paid off
-How to structure the deal - is there current financing in place and you will be purchasing subject to existing financing, or is the property free and clear? Which instrument will you be using to control the property - you may do a lease with an option, you could do a purchase agreement and close with a mortgage and promissory note, etc.
The details of the deal will really help determine next steps. I hope this helps!

Hello! As an investor, I know your primary goal is to turn a profit, and listing your home normally has an impact on your bottom line. I'm offering a flat rate listing service, with a la carte add ins. Pay for the services you need, and don't pay for what you don't. Price is $395 for 6 months MLS listing. Some of you may wonder why the MLS is important, but a majority of homes are sold through these. Plenty of forums on MLS to go into detail here. Send me a message if you have any questions and I'm happy to answer!
