Looking to attend a local real estate investing group(s)/networking events. Any recommendations on which local groups in the Minneapolis area have the best value? I've looked up many in the area and it looks like some groups have a member fee or charge to attend. Is it worth it? Thanks everyone!

I am looking at a deal right now in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area. Just wondering if anyone has had a rental here and if they had any issues dealing with the city as far as landlord requirements, rental licensing, etc. Thanks

John - We lend to both large and small residential builders/contractors. We lend to companies that take out all the financing and then hire a builder/contractor to build/rehab the property for them. So to answer your question yes we do.
