Hi @Charleen Artese, I live in Ocean County (Brick). I am currently investing out of state (PA for now, looking into other states). In our local area, I find that the purchase prices of homes and property taxes decimate cash flow. If buy & hold is not your thing, I do have connections in the area for fix and flips as well as new construction/development projects.
In our area, fix & flips do pretty well in the 200k-350k range (this can vary due to location and other variables, obviously). I am currently seeking out a local flip to generate capital for my out of state buy & holds. Inventory is quite low, but patience is key.

Hi All,
My name is Andrew. I'm 23 and currently working as a project manager for my family's business (construction industry).
My partner and I are interested in SFR & MFR in the greater Philadelphia area. We prefer to start local and look to expand in other out of state markets once comfortable.
