@Jeff Alwine I used to have some properties in South Bend. I live in Chicago. It's 2 hours away. We initially had a property manager but it didn't work out. Truthfully, it was a pain self managing properties remotely. We ended up evicting afew tenants because they lost their job in the financial crisis. People do it. I don't. The problems get magnified because you are not close enough to just go over and fix them.

@Nettles Mason when you say app are you just talking about a software tool or a mobile app available on your phone?

@Glen Leatherwood I generally use paid themes. However, you can check out Elementor. It is a free drag and drop theme with the option for paid upgrades.

That said, few themes beat Beaver Builder or Divi by Elegant Themes.
