Hi everyone I’m andy ,

For anyone who lives / invest in New York knows it’s hard to start because it’s so expensive. Im from queens and I want to start to invest but it’s just really expensive to buy a house and just to begin investing in general. Since I live in NYC I want to invest here but I want to know if there’s anyone in Ny that could give me some advice or some really good tips to start , also I’m willing to connect with realtors and contractors and other investors that can help me learn and maybe help each other . Any advice would be great , also anyone can private message me

@Jeremy Marek the reason why I choose out of state is because it’s way cheaper , NYC is too expensive for me right now to invest in anything

@Jack Medford how can I find those types of groups ?

@Taylor Osu oh that’s good , I was thinking about finding a property management company that offers properties for sale and buy through them .. any thoughts on this ?

@Elizabeth Pare very true , I’m not asking for huge returns right now im looking to gain a lot of experience and that’s why I feel like a partner that already has that can guide and help me until I feel comfortable on my own
