I live in nyc , and I was just wondering what do you guys think about partnering up with another investor to buy a house and flip a house together and then split the profits ? I don’t own any real estate but I wanted to know if this was a good way to start and learning and get a more hands on learning experience .

Hi everyone , my name is andy . Im 24yrs old and I live in NYC area , I have a full time job , great pay and I’m looking to invest in real estate , my credit score is above 750+ , im looking to invest into single family homes or condos . I would prefer to buy and flip or buy and rent , I have no connections with real estate agent or any property management company. I have been looking at property online but how do I know if it’s a good deal to buy ? Any advice would be helpful . Also if there’s anyone in the NYC area that would want to partner up and help each other that would be great .
