Hey I have a Probate deal I have been at a stand still because out of 5 siblings I have only been able to get in touch with 3. After the mom passed the siblings lost contact with each other back in 2015 and with out the other two I don’t think I can move forward. The other siblings are good to sell, and they asking me is it any way around this. So I’m bringing it to you guys to see if anyone can help me out with this, or am I stuck until I find the other two?

Hello, I live in Houston but was born and raised in KCMO. I have a few deals in the works in KC and I am looking for the REI network in the area. Does anybody know if they have an association or a group I can join? I am wanting to build my investors network in KC.

What contract should I use to put a FSBO under contract? Preferably a 1-2 pager that won't make them feel like they are doing to much signing and possibly scare them away. If that makes sense

Bob Okenwa how do I go about getting funding for a property? Is that mostly done through hard money lenders? I know private money lenders are out there but I'm speaking more on if I don't know any private lenders?

Thank you Bob Okenwa In what step should I see if the property has any liens or multiple liens on the property that would slow or stop the process of the purchase? Also how would I find out?

I am wanting to purchase my first property in Houston, but I want to make sure it is a profitable deal. What exactly are the correct steps to do my proper "due diligence"?
