There is an option in PS that let's you select only columns you want to export. That may make the data more manageable.

Look for property with leins, in probate, divorce, abandoned, etc. Search this site for what you can do with them.

Hi David, you don't need money or credit to get started with wholesaling. Get a free source list at the county assessor's office. Identify properties that you can get under contract. Contact the owners & get some properties under contract. Find cash buyers and sign the contracts over to them. Wait for your fees to arrive. Do this several times & you'll have enough cash to buy a rental property.
