I'd also suggest completing your BP profile so that it can work on your behalf and possibly bring you exactly the people you want to engage. As a real estate agent, you bring tools to the table that wholesalers need. But nobody will know that you are an agent actively looking to work with a wholesaler if you don't tell them. These forum posts have a short life, but your profile page is your personal billboard that will work for your indefinitely. Put stuff on it that will help you make the kind of connections you want to make.

Hello everyone,
I've been a full-time real estate agent in Virginia for over a year. I'm looking to focus my business and knowledge into real estate wholesaling and/or flipping short sales.
I have some knowledge about wholesaling. However, I am looking to learn from someone with experience who can help me while I help them. Making this a win-win.
