Congrats!! I purchased my first this year too. Looking into buying another by the end of this year if possible.

@Valerie Post, go back to the link above. You will see the link to Sign up now that you have pro.

@Mindy Jensen I noticed that the @mention does not work in the app. Who should I report that to so that to?

1. Dedicated deposit account (law in my state, most states)

2. Business checking account that tenants can make direct payments to, which gets transferred out later to

3. Business checking account for everything else for this business.

That's it, and it's served me well for years.

I have a business folder on my laptop, backed up to the cloud, and each property has a separate folder within that folder. I have a hard file filing cabinet that invoices, manuals, other documents go into by year and property. Eventually I will scan the older stuff and dispose of the paper copies.

Have you tried using a program like QuickBooks or has the folders been sufficient? Thanks

Hi everyone,

I bought My first property in July and plan on buying another property by the end of the year. I was wondering how everyone else organize their property on the administrative level. Since I have only one property, I have everything in a google drive folder. I also opened a bank account just for this property. Are there any tips on how I can do this better now and for when I start to scale up. Thank you in advance!

Angelina

Thanks @Mike D'Arrigo. I will consider those areas too.
