@Medi Sarwary I'm thinking of investing in Kansas city, Mo. since my wife's family is there. Unfortunately I can't afford anything in the bay area. Any advice in long distance REI? I'm currently reading "Long Distance Real Estate" by David greene, but I'm open to any more suggestions.
