Does a lis pendens survive a tax deed sale in Florida? If I buy a tax deed will the lis pendens be a problem in the future?

Like the title says I own 4 properties most of them are under 100k value, and I rent them all out. I recently started investing in real estate and I have been learning as I go. I read that it is a good idea to have properties under an LLC for asset protection. So I was just wondering how I should go about this. I live in Florida.

For example, one person has the highest bid and is awarded the property in an auction. Can this person transfer the tax deed they won to another person?

I saw a property that is about to go to auction, and I found a Quit Claim deed from January 2019. In the county records, it says the tax deed sale notice was delivered in 2018. And they still haven't paid off the taxes. My question is if I were to get the winning bid on this property would the new owner have a right to contest the property or try to invalidate the sale by saying they never knew about the tax deed sale?

So I recently found out about tax deeds and they seem like an interesting way to get into real estate investing. I'm pretty new to all this so I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share with me any resources or guides that go into detail about tax deeds.
