hi everyone so to stay to the point if I could maybe get tips or advise on properly and fully what to expect to happen for the purchase of online wholesaling for rentals as well. Im scared with so many how is this possible questions on how to do those both in other states than Alaska. I still have yet to find anyone on here from Alaska cause that would be awesome to have a hands on informer of things but please anything would be greatly appreciated.. I cant make myself just jump in and do it cause in my head its just gonna go all bad. thanks for your time and have a blessed day!!!
