We just put our first signs up and got a call wanting to know if we would like to advertise on placemats. Anyone do this? worth it?

Thanks @NormaJean Cuppand @Elizabeth Nourse. I have been watching podcasts and went through the free course here and reading up on a lot here at BP! I have been to one local meeting (it was kinda small) going to a walk through at a property in Hampton with a group tomorrow. 

@Mike Watkins what do you use as a return address? We are getting ready to do our first mailer and don't want to put our home address.

Thanks @Rick H.. I am more looking for advice on cost of the list..... Most are pay by list, while Rebo is a monthly charge... what do you all use?

We are getting ready to 'buy a list' and are looking for your input.

Looking at rebogateway, list source, lead source, realty trac....... any other? best results? best cost? rebo is a monthly fee and the others seem to be for a specific list but can't see pricing....
