I’m currently a beneficiary for a land trust in orlando florida, i recently had a tenant move in paying $1,250 per month. the house was bought out right no mortgage. according to credit karma my credit score is 746. how can i use my current rental properties equity to get another one and another one and another one. 20 years of age, started working on the books 7-8 months ago. credit history fairly new, filed taxes for the first time last tax season. what are my options?

hey all. i have a paid off rental property in orlando FL. the property is in a land trust, my dad being the trustee and me being the  beneficiary. i want to possibly refinance or get a HELOC to purchase another property to "BRRRR". i'm 19 with "good" credit but i don't work on the books nor does my father. is it still possible to refinance or get a HELOC?

for some reason tenants stoped replying and paying rent at me and my fathers rental in orlando florida. my father usually deals with him but he’s getting kinda old and wants me to deal with it now. i tried calling them myself and left a a text. no answer what do ever. what do i do?

hey all, i currently have a rental property out in orlando, FL. i’m looking to grow my portfolio and getting another property. my question is, which is the best way to do so. cash out refinance or home equity loan. the house is worth about $150,000 and is already paid off. i am 19 and my credit is “good”.
