I’m currently a beneficiary for a land trust in orlando florida, i recently had a tenant move in paying $1,250 per month. the house was bought out right no mortgage. according to credit karma my credit score is 746. how can i use my current rental properties equity to get another one and another one and another one. 20 years of age, started working on the books 7-8 months ago. credit history fairly new, filed taxes for the first time last tax season. what are my options?
