Hello BP family can someone please advise me on the best way to build a buyers list. I am currently wholesaling properties but unfortunately do not have sufficient buyers to showcase what I may have available.

Thank you for the advise @David Robertson and

@Ritch Bonisa its much appreciated I am going to look for a SOW template for individual phases of the project so I can have each contractor sign prior to beginning work. This in turn should help me to remain on task in the allotted time for each phase. Great thanks again.

@Michael Pearse thank you for the advice appreciate it. I have put together a comprehensive SOW, some work  I will be doing myself the rest I will contract out. Thanks again.

Hey all, does anyone have any advice for best way to stay on task and on schedule for rehab project only have 90 day to complete project want to make sure I am being efficient and organized. Thanks for your help.

Hey Chris thanks for responding, it is a sfr which needs new roof new hvac some demo updating of bathrooms reconfiguration of room dimensions updating of plumbing and electrical. Its a pretty involved project with an estimated budget of 70k

Does anyone have a detailed scope of work they dont mind sharing. Id really like to see exactly what my lender is expecting before I submit my SOW. Any help or advise would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
