@Jason Kim i hv rental in cobbs creek but more and more its looking like the biggest ROI is in flipping. I dont do flips but you may wanna take a look if thats your strategy.

Went under contract for a 1br 1ba condo in Astoria NY. Appraisal came exact as contract price. I doubt its a coincidence. Or they just do this to keep lives simple for all parties? Interested hearing thoughts from BP members

Just curious what will b the strategy to buy appliances for rental use such as ovens, dishwashers, washer/dryers, etc. Would you- A) look for used appliance store to buy used but certified ones in good to excellent cond? B) look at private deals thru craigslist, offerup? C) look for packaged deals from chain retail shops like HD, Lowe's? D) look for open box, refurbished items online from ebay, amazon? Looking forward to hear peoples thoughts
