I met an agent (let’s call her Sandy), decided not to work with her bc I didn’t feel like she was the right fit. I have a new agent now but am interested in a property that is listed by Sandy... Will this be a political problem? Will my name be revealed to sandy?
What is the best real estate investing book you read that isn’t full of a lot of motivational fluff but gets down to the meat aka provides concrete strategies and info?
I’m just starting out with real estate investing and I have my eyes on a few properties I think will have good cash flow. Is it costly to put out multiple offers out there? How do I go about even creating an offer? Thanks!

What are the the pros and cons of using FHA vs conventional 20% down? Can you switch from FHA to conventional to avoid PMIs in the middle of the loan term?

When you make offers on properties do you always have a pre-approval letter? I’m in the process of shopping around with different mortgage lenders to try to find the right one & I don’t want to pull a credit report with diff lenders to hurt my score until im 100% sure on the lender & property. Not sure how much a pre approval letter will impact offers though
