Hi @Anderson Schulle

Thank you for your message, I appreciate it! I have been looking at some Dallas deals and

the CF I need is hard to find. My goal is to have 10% cash on cash, and I m not sure  if I can find it there:) . I m still looking at the properties there, and still considering it, but expanding it to other areas. I will definitely keep you in my notes should I need info or an opinion.

Very best,

Anna

Hi @Mat Farmer

Thank you for your input. I was going to talk to professionals there if I finally decide on investing in Dallas area.

@Kevin Williams`

Welcome Kevin,

I am new as well, looking to buy and hold properties in Philly as well. I m not familiar with the city though and looking to educate myself on it as much as I can.

Good luck!

@David Ross and @James Brand

 Hello there, I am too looking to buy in Philly, and as @Jason B.

 mentioned researching the areas is difficult. I was wondering if you have any advice on up-and-coming areas in Philly, that you think are good for buy and hold and worth looking into?

@Mark Redmann

I agree, you should have your management company handle the process for you, observing all the laws and rules. Idk how is it in PA, but here in NYC tenants are heavily protected with law, and termination and eviction is not a quick process

@Robert Madrid

I have been working in RE in Broooklyn for the past 7 years too, and now looking to invest outside of NYC as well.

I am interested in Philly and Dallas / Fort Worth. Both areas have lower re taxes and good prices and so far as I see good c/f.
