I am looking to buy rentals in Gastonia NC and am looking to get insights on the various neighborhoods. I would love to chat with anyone who can provide insights on rental rates and rentability particularly in the North west area of the city. I need an accountant who understands real estate investing and who can help using funds from a qualified retirement plan for investing, particularly borrowing from one's pension to fund rehabs.
