Anyone near Alexandria that would like to mentor (Buy and Hold, etc)? I currently own two rental properties (FL and MD) but would like to discuss risk management among other things. I hope to learn from a pro to ensure my current assets are secure and to prepare for my next purchase.

Jason, I live in S. Alexandria and would be happy to share my knowledge of the area.  My husband and I have three rentals (two in Alexandria).  We are looking to buy in Maryland across the river too.  If you want to meet up and chat, I'd be happy to do that.  Just let me know.
