Hi -

Has anyone worked with any short term rental design consultants they can recommend in the Denver area...

Awesome to hear you're willing to hire a professional. We tell all our Airbnb/short-term rental investors in Denver and Colorado to go the extra mile. It's not the STR market it was five years ago. People need to get professional with their listings.

I'd reach out to Sage Interiors in Denver. They've done a lot of staging for our listings, but they also do consulting work. I love their style.

 Great, thanks!

Hi -

Has anyone worked with any short term rental design consultants they can recommend in the Denver area. We are looking for help with both furnishings and bedroom/living room design for a few properties.

Thanks!

Hey All, I am a travel nurse and traveled to the Bay Area working at Lucile Packard in 2016-2017 for 8 months. Here are some numbers that may be helpful to figure out pricing. I received about $1000 p/week as my housing stipend, but lived with a friend for free :) I knew nurses that were paying anywhere from $1000-$3000 p/month depending on the location. The higher numbers around $2000-3000 were living in downtown San Fran and paying for 1 room in a 2-3 room unit. I would say the lower numbers $1000-$2000, nurses were commuting from San Jose, Mt View or other cities w/i a 20 min drive to the hospital. Your pricing will also depend on the amenities you provide and if you have a separate bathroom for them.

I've also traveled to Denver and STL, so I'm happy to answer any questions about these markets as well!
