@Wayne Brooks, I checked the site and it says its a foreclosure sale/auction...where you can bid on the property in person. So does that mean that the title will not be clear and free of liens for these types of sales?
If that is the case, I want to know where I can go beforehand to do my own research...
@Marsha F.... Yes, Im confused as well..THought that area was up and coming? Im looking for a townhouse condo in Community Hills if anyone has any leads by the way!!!

@Carla Hill-Brady....Thank you so much for this information... you are giving me hope. Im hoping that the reserve price could be significantly lower than market price but it may just be wishful thinking on my part... I definetly would like to see how things turn out :)

Post: HOW TO DO TITLE SEARCH FOR FREE IN NEWARK???

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to buy a property in Newark on auction.com and need to do my homework. I'm trying to find out how I can personally do a title search on that property so that there won't be any surprises. I've read about going to the court house and things of that nature but still not sure where to begin.
So how can I get access to public records so that I can do a title search on this property in NEWARK???

Hello everyone,
I'm interested in buying a home to live in that I see on auction.com. I have tried looking on the market but nothing really suits me ...but this property is exactly what I am looking for.
I do understand though that these properties require all cash. Is the reserve for a condo usually very high? Is it pretty close to market price? The property Im looking at is worth around $160,000 on the market. How close would the reserve be to that price?
I have always heard about these auctions for Essex County but wasnt sure if they would be worth the hassle. Furthermore, the property I'm looking at is occupied. How much of a headache would it be to remove the tenants based on the guidelines in Essex county?

Hello,
I am eagerly looking to purchase a condo in Community Hills in Newark by the Sprinfield/Belmont section. If anyone has any info or leads about this development please share. I am not seeing much of any of their units go on the market for sale.
Thanks
