As Shamsud-Din stated, I believe it is much easier to use a screening process that is baked into the software you use to manage your properties. For example, you could list a vacant unit with your software, have applicants submit their rental and screening applications, and then move the best candidate into your vacant unit all in on spot. When the software handles this process for you, it really makes your job much easier.

Custom Lease Templates
You have entered your lease into Unitdash, and all of your data is nice and secure. That's great, but you don't have a lease to give to your tenant. Furthermore, you don't want to have to "fill in the blanks" and write or type in the rent, start date, end date, etc. With our custom lease templates, you no longer have to worry about that.
Create a custom lease template by plugging in the variables once. We give you a default template to get started with. You don't have to use it, but we figured it's better to start with one rather than none. Once you have your lease written exactly how you want it, simply save the template. With a lease template in Unitdash, there is nothing else to worry about. Any lease you have entered into Unitdash can be plugged into your template, and with the click of a button, you can view, email or print out the lease.
Company Website
You enter all of your properties into Unitdash, then you enter in all of your listings. Great. Good job! However, as your properties evolve, wouldn't it be nice for your website to update with it. Who wants to manage the same data in two separate places? With a company website hosted by Unitdash, all of your data is dynamically loaded into your website in real time.
Do you have frequently asked questions (FAQs) that would be nice to share with your residents or applicants? You may enter them into your company website settings in Unitdash, and they will immediately be available on your website. You may include your social media links, contact information, and other information you would expect to be available on your website.
Maintenance Staff Accounts
Last but not least, along with Unitdash PRO, we have released the ability to create Maintenance specific accounts. Your maintenance staff will have a view into maintenance requests, work orders, and their maintenance calender. Furthermore, they may directly reach out to tenants via email or text message. Unitdash allows you simply send your applicants an email to complete a tenant screening application. The applicant will complete and pay for the application. After the application has been completed, you will receive a notification and have immediate access to his or her credit report, criminal history and eviction history.
