Current mortgage is only $400 per month that includes taxes and insurance.

Rents are $850-1000. $5000.00 down payment plus $5000.00 cosmetic repair.

Approximately $27,000 is owed and about 20 years left on the loan. 

Rent between $800- $1000. 

Loan rate is approx. at 6%.
