I wish I found these reviews before, I been trying to close a construction loan with them for almost 30 days.

The lack of communication is there, I waited 10 days to compete the appraisal for A LOT I paid 550 for the appraisal and they didn’t mentioned to me anything about those fees. Certainly they asked me to paid them before they move forward w the full approval. I finally got approved and the approval letter with the numbers does not make any sense at all, I asked for an explanation nobody can explain it to me. Today 11/22, 2 days after the approval letter has been received they said they are not able to close this month we will have to wait until next month! Seriously? Come on your dealing with investors every day cost us money... lower rates but It really doesn’t matter you gonna lose more money waiting than paying little more of interest
also I am concern about the draws.. are the draws gonna be the same drama as this ridiculous closing process... πŸ§πŸ§πŸ§πŸ€”

Draws will take a week. I can attest from first hand experience. βœ‹.  This company should be reported to BBB

If VA lender requirements and Payday loan had a baby, it would be called Lima One Capital. This is absolutely one of the worst hard money lender out there. They attract you with lower rates just to switch up and ruin your deals. It's next to impossible to close a deal with this company. Stay away

@Anthony Gayden

I definitely agreed with you. I didn't used excuses either. I was borned cripple, I didn't have an active father, My entire childhood was engulfed in civil war, i migrated to the US and couldn't speak proper English. We were placed in one of the worst ghetto in the US where my high school had over 35% dropped out rate with gang violence occurring daily. I was rejected out of 16/17 colleges I applied too because my SAT score was 625/1600 (got 400 for writing my name). After fighting my way and obtaining a bachelor and masters despite the odds being against me as an immigrant, black male, disabled, no farther figure and growing up in a single parent household. I currently owned close to 20 doors and have completely turn my financial blueprint around. If I can do, anyone can do it. But change must start from within. I started with myself because that what I had the power to change.
