Thank you for the insight into Lists. I was going to start out with purchasing my first list, I just don't want to deal with the crazy amount of competition. There is competition everywhere, but I feel once you find an area no one else has found, you win big. On craigslist, I'm actually trying to post an ad, but everytime I post, it gets taken down. It's not like I'm posting 3 posts back to back because I know I have to wait 48hrs to post another in the same category. I honestly don't know what it is I am doing wrong. I see other posts that says similar things like mine & they have been posted for a good chunk of days. Do you have an idea on whats wrong? @Karen Rittenhouse

I have gained approx. 6 lists from various counties so far which shows the parcel number & amount due. What else would I need to find the person who owns the property or is that enough ? @Joaquin Rosario

Probates, Absentee owners, REO's, etc. Which list is the best list to start out with when beginning your wholesale journey?

Have been wanting to get into investing into real estate for the past two years. Have read the book on How to Invest in real estate with No Money down and the book on Investing in Rental properties. I am willing to learn from an experienced Wholesaler/Rental investor to shadow to understand how to invest creatively and safely. I believe I can be of great help by becoming a bird dog for. I want to make sure I have the expertise to teach someone else. My goal is to own the most lucrative real estate acquisition firm in the country or maybe even the world. I already have an LLC which I want to specifically use that LLC for wholesaling. When I have enough money to purchase another LLC, then i will use that to invest into rental properties to take advantage of the tax laws. Doesn't matter what property I start with, I just want to start the right way and fast. My goal for this year is to wholesale at least 50 properties and have 5 rental properties. I know this will take hard work but I know for a fact, with the right systems and expertise, I will probably surpass my goals and then some. In order to achieve my goal, I know I must help someone with their goals. Thank you for taking the time to read.
