Atlanta is expected to grow to 8 million in population by 2040, where are investors taking advantage of this growth? My portfolio consists of rentals deep ITP and 20-30 miles outside. Where are you guys buying?

Hey @Ravina Rao my team in Atlanta helps investors through the full investment cycle - from acquisition to management to contracting to disposition. Please let me know if I can provide further assistance, we have eyes on some good opportunities around the metro.

@Duke Giordano there are a lot of internet resources that educate people looking to do exactly what you're referring to. There are a lot of good resources on https://37parallel.com/ (I am in no way associated with this group). These folks do a really good job explaining the multifamily syndication process, as well as the asset class itself. I have directed new investors (such as my parents) to these resources, as they are very clean, straight to the point documents/resources.
As for BiggerPockets podcasts, I would recommend listening to the episodes featuring Andrew Cushman and Chad Doty- both of these individuals do a great job explaining how to qualify a market, a deal, and a sponsor.
