Thx Ladies for your reply!

@Kim Meredith Hampton We are looking at 2-4 units MF right now as we want to stay on the residential side as we started rather than straight to commercial. Can we use LLC to apply for loans?

Howdy BP Community!

I am fairly new to the MF investing and have a few questions.

1) Can a loan be applied under LLC or has to be applied by the partners of the LLC?

2) What are the loan options that won't require a good portion (less than 20%) of down payment?

3) Have you done seller's financing? If so, what are the tips you can share?

Thx!

Anthony

Howdy, me and my associates are looking for ways to own multi-family properties. I heard about using 401K to own these type of properties. We have a LLC setup for the sole purpose of investing in real estate; can we combine and use each one of our 401K for the purchase of a multi-family property?
