Hey everyone, Im new to wholesaling/investing and im trying to make sure i make smart decisions with how i spend my money. I do a lot of driving for dollars at the moment but i heard a few people at a local real estate meetup talk about using propelio to acquire their leads and do comps. I was just wondering if any of you have used it or similar software. I've watched youtube videos and sounds like a good idea. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

hey everyone, my name is anthony and im from dallas,tx. I am new to the real estate investing side of things and have been dong my due diligence watching youtube videos, listening to podcasts, going to local meetups and now joining the bigger pockets community. I work a full time job now but im looking to change that in the near future. Wholesaling will be the way i go starting out. Im excited about this new venture and ready to get my 1st deal.
