@James Wise thank you sir. I was listing to a Max Maxwell podcast and heard him say in NC you can list a property as "seller is not yet owner of record". I'm trying to find all the tools I can use in my tool box.

Good afternoon everyone. I hope you all are well today. I'm reaching out today for some advice. I landed my first wholesale deal and I'm at a shortage of interested buyers.

I'm a licensed realtor in NC and I would like to list this property in the MLS. I've heard of other investors doing so and I just need someone to point me in the right direction to find the information on how. I really would like to know the rules. The do's and don'ts.

I do have equitable interest in the title bc I'm on the assignable contract. Any information you guys or gals might have for me would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

A. Hollis

Good morning Mr. @Toby Chandler. I'm actually from Spartanburg, SC. That's where I really want to do the bulk of my investing at.

@Suny Capezzuto yes ma'am. I read all about that in the investing in real estate with no and low money down by Brandon Turner. I think it's a fabulous idea but me and my fiance are a blended family of six kids (the real life Brady bunch ๐Ÿคฃ) so it's hard to find enough space. We are looking to purchase a starter home and maybe refinance into the home equity one day.

Good afternoon everyone. My name is Anthony. I'm from SC but now I stay in Charlotte, NC. I have been in the medical field for 4 years as a respiratory therapist. I got my real estate license in NC last year to get my foot in the door for real estate investing. I've been reading books, following post, watching YouTube videos, and much much more to get started. I need action behind my research and I'm looking for a mentor to help push me in the right direction. I don't have enough to put 20% down on a home but I'm getting better at finding the deals. I'm willing to " learn before I earn".

Best regards,

A. Hollis
