New member here from Los Angeles, currently residing in Anaheim, CA.
I'm looking to network and gain more knowledge in buy and hold investing for monthly cash flow. I'm also interested in no and low money down investing.
What do I bring to the table?
I currently work at Auction.com as a HUD specialist, previously a contract writer, and have been at this company for over 3 years. Auction.com is a real estate auction company that specializes in REO properties. Although I do not know everything about REO properties, I do know more than the average person in this field. I can answer questions for people who have or are interested in bidding on properties with Auction.com.
Also, I am currently working on obtaining my RE license.
I'm open to meeting up for coffee or lunch on me.
