How can I buy a multi-family without using any cash or credit, and cashflowing. i live in south suburbs Tinley park ,Illinois and Im looking to purchase a multi-family building , live in one side and rent the other sides our for positive cashflow, please let me know what creative ways can I use to fund the deal.
