Hey Federico - thanks for the response. I'm not sure what the intention is..? Is this a word of caution to me to not waste someone's time? Is this a warning to agents that might read this and do what you're suggesting? Let me know! I appreciate you jumping in on the post. I absolutely don't intend to waste someone's time. - Anthony

Hi -
I just moved to Cleveland and am looking to buy a duplex, triplex, or quad in West Cleveland - Ohio City, Lakewood, Tremont, Edgewater, (maybe) Cudell or Old Brooklyn. Ideally, the property would be good for FHA / 203k, as I will live in it.
